Layflat pattern
Through a Pick & Place system the bags are flat positioned directly into the boxes. This type of case packing allows collation in different layers. It is a high speed system thanks to the double stacker and the case packing of three cases at the same time.
Upright pattern
The inclusion of the side case packing module combined with the Pick & Place system allows the final presentation of the product into the boxes in vertical position. This system makes the grouping through a “Pick & Place” in an introducing side drawer, turning the empty cases 90º and introducing the product by a mechanical pusher.
The set is composed of:
· Drawer to receive the product with capacity for one grouping consisting of:
Bottom plate with side adjustable supports where the collation will be arranged. Side presser. Collation introducer to the cases by servo driven. Filling horn: Articulated filling horn to place the product into the case, by opening its blades they force to be in a correct aligned position.
· Side tilting system of the case to be placed it in front of the bucket. The machine standard case conveyor is replaced by a pivoting conveyor. The tilting conveyor is fitted with a side presser to fix empty cases and a servo driven tilting system which places the cases in front of the side filling horn. Once the case is full, the conveyor returns to its horizontal position.
