PRODEC, at the cutting edge of innovation and development (given the high demand from customers producing this type of packaging) has designed and developed a new casepacking application for this new packaging in wrap case.
It is an automatic casepacker Mod. RBMW-140. It is currently common to find in supermarkets and superstores new packages containing easy-to-prepare and convenience food. They are individual small plastic cups easy to carry and to be consumed at any time with only 5 minutes preparation.
A complete casepacking and palletising line of this product (wrap case with lid on a full case in a single monoblock) has already been installed in one of the most important manufacturers companies at a national level. The result has been by far more than successful, accomplishing with all production requirements which has led to a considerable cost saving for our customer.
To reach greater speed and increase the flexibility of the casepacker, the introduction of the small plastic cups will
be done by a six axes robot system, which will take the packages from the different collation tables and will place them in a wrap case, taking a complete layer in each cycle and making the different floors. Option available for both single pack or packs of several pieces. (Multiple formats possible). Thanks to the PRODEC technology a fast change-over is possible both automatic and manual.
